Any industry will face some problems that need to be solved。 In your opinion， at present， what is the biggest problem of the industry？ 博咨询：每一個行業都會面臨一些難題，對您來說，目前行業最大的難題是什麽？There’s a glut of me-too slots and it can be difficult and timely for players to discover what games they actually like。 Operators need to work closely with their content providers in order to give the player the most positive experience possible… That’s what will keep the players loyal！ Focusing ONLY on the slots and not the players whole experience is what creates the high churn numbers operators are seeing。RTG：現在市面上有很多相似的老虎機，所以如何做出真正讓玩家喜愛的遊戲是我們現在面臨的最大難題。我們了解到，造成運營商客戶流失率高的主要原因是：運營商只關註開發遊戲，而不是玩家的用戶體驗。因此我們需要充分了解客戶需要，致力給玩家提供源源不斷的驚喜，讓玩家對我們的遊戲保持最高熱誠。
